We are so blessed to have a magical space to dance in, warm and comfortable while being surrounded by nature.

Ecstatic Dance is a conscious movement practice that invites people to drop out of their minds and into their bodies.

Dance, Music, and Cacao allow an opportunity to connect deeply with self and others in fun ways that words cannot express.

What to Bring

Prepaid - $44
No dance experience required***
Participants must be 18yo+ (The dance itself is suitable for all ages, however we cannot deeply experience an immersive journey when looking after someone else)

*No door tickets available - prepaid tickets only. (This allows us to prepare the correct quantities of cacao)

Refunds will only be given if event is cancelled or rescheduled and you're unable to make the new date.

MUSIC:
We play music that encourages movement. The sound journey is a fusion of earthly and galactic sounds, world music, tribal house and more!

We invite you to participate or not. When you feel you need a break - you can use the chill out space to lay down, meditate or just observe and process.

Do yoga, stretch, dance like no one is watching, or just relax and enjoy the music.

DANCE – SOUND IMMERSION:
5:00 pm – Arrive and settle into the space
5:15 pm – Warm-up exercises – Yoga and other exercises designed to release tension and get the body ready to enjoy the dance journey.
5.45 pm - Opening circle – We connect with the environment, the people around us and Cacao. We help our body and mind to relax in preparation for dance.
6:00 pm – Music starts in a low beat giving us the chance to connect with the rhythm. You choose when to dance. The rhythm and energy will progressively increase and decrease at times before slowing to stillness at the end.
7.30 pm - Sound Healing - a wind-down meditative moment using didgeridoo, singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments.
8:00 pm – Closing circle – we sit together to ground and honor our experience and celebrate life.
8:15 pm – Non-verbal time is over - have a chat with the people you shared the space with during the dance.

Please arrive no later than 5:00 pm and leave whenever you want but be mindful not to disturb the other participants.

ECSTATIC DANCE AGREEMENTS:
To maintain ultimate freedom, we agree to the following:
1. Be aware and respect the space of fellow dancers
2. No talking on the dancefloor
3. Be barefoot, if possible
4. No cell phones
5. No alcohol or drugs
6. No pictures, video, or wearing of scent.

Cacao as Sacred Medicine

Drinking Cacao is completely optional. If this doesn’t resonate with you then you don’t have to partake. 

For thousands of years, cacao has been celebrated as a food of the gods. An ancient plant medicine and wise teacher, Cacao can deepen awareness of our connection to the earth, the cosmos, and our true nature.

The spiritual energy of the cacao is cultivated and prepared with love, gratitude, and celebration for cacao and all the healing and medicinal properties this plant brings.

​It is suggested to not eat for a few hours before consuming ceremonial cacao, and please drink plenty of water throughout the day so that you arrive well hydrated for the ceremony.

DJ JOURNEY & SOUND IMMERSION with RYAN DALLE CORT

Ryan Dalle Cort was guided to explore the magic of sound after a mystical and deep healing experience positively changed his life’s path. 
 
He is inspired to work with different vibrations in ceremony harmonizing the mind, heart and energetic bodies inviting healing and expansive experiences. 
 
Ryan’s DJ sets and sound immersions are guided by earthly and galactic frequencies, world music, tribal house and more. He works with live instruments and synths to create experiences full of presence and sacred vibrations.
