This Revitalising Retreat is a SOLO Retreat for you (or you and a loved one) ONLY! There will be no strangers in the room with you so we can go really deep and get right to the heart of the matter, tailoring each session to where your healing is needed most.
Set over the course of a weekend and loaded with treatments, this re-treat is for those who know it is wise to invest in their health and wellbeing but only have a day or a weekend spare in which to do it.

Our private accommodation offers guests a tranquil and rejuvenating home away from home.
With a queen sized bed, an outdoor bathroom oasis, separate toilet, and sitting area that overlooks nature you have all the space and creature comforts needed to have a truly wonderful stay. If needed please be assured that you are very welcome to jump onto our Wi-Fi, we do however recommend wherever possible unplugging from all devices and allowing your body to enjoy a digital detox as well. |

Program
Your weekend kicks off at 5.30 on Friday afternoon with a welcoming circle and your first organic freshly pressed delicious and nutritious juice.
After some education on detox from a health and weight loss perspective we move straight into your first round of detox treatments; colonic, detox sauna, and lymph detox. Finishing the day with a Soul warming nut milk smoothie and a little free time before bed.
Saturday and Sunday follow roughly the same format.
Activities start off at 8.00 with a special yellow-aid juice to support and enhance the function of the liver. Followed by a nurturing session of Restorative Yoga and Spirit Breath to open the body and relax the nervous system so that your body can more readily switch into healing mode. From there we move into your fun and interactive Intuition Playshops. Finishing the morning off with your 2nd green organic juice break at 10.30.
Detox treatments are administered through the middle of the day, saying goodbye to toxic wastes, cleaning the temple and turning back the body clock from within. Followed by your 3rd orange organic juice break at 1pm. Each colour has a therapeutic property we will enjoy exploring together.
The afternoon sessions consist of your 1 on 1 intuition play shop and a super relaxing herbal bath infusion. Then juice break number 4 at 3.30, its red, its refreshing and it’s oh so good.
The early evening session begins with Breath Practices and finishes with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation. This session is optional, and it is also quite common that your consciousness will float away to a tranquil place during your meditation, if so, it was needed, and you will wake feeling refreshed.
Finishing with a nurturing nut milk smoothie to savor as you toast and release the day behind you, continuing to integrate through the heart all of the new wisdom you have experienced during your day. Then either free time before bed or on Sunday we finish here with closing circle reflections and integrations. The program finishes up at 4.30 on Sunday evening, unless you decide to stay for another colonic on Monday morning.

Retreat Cancellation Policy Your organic juicing produce is ordered and paid for 6 days prior to your arrival, so that it arrives the day prior fresh and ready for juicing. Therefore, we need at least 7 days' notice if you need to cancel or change your date. If 7-days' notice is not given, your deposit cannot be refunded as it has already been spent on your produce.
