In our magical outdoor Yoga Studio, you are surrounded by nature, set next to a natural creek, it is constructed to facilitate heart-brain coherence. Our Detox Clinic, also purpose built, with world class facilities, is discrete, warm & inviting.
Healing is not just about clearing physical toxins, we need to cleanse body, mind, & soul for the healing to stick. The energy body sits above the physical body & it is a blockage here that eventually leads to physical symptoms if left unchecked. We need to also cleanse our bodies of these toxic thoughts & emotions, along with the physical if we are to obtain our most divine expression & lasting health.
Your host Belle has been in health & wellness roles for over 20 years. Due to poor health early in life has tried many different modalities to determine what works. This is what drives her passion to educate & empower others on their own healing journey.
